Account Deletion — NE Partner
If you are a service professional using the NE Partner app, you can request deletion of your partner account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Google Play's data deletion requirements.
How to delete your account
- Open the NE Partner app and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm your choice.
- Alternatively, email us at info@nearbyexpert.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my partner account".
- Include your registered mobile number and partner ID so we can verify your identity.
🗑️ What gets deleted
Upon a verified request, we permanently delete your partner profile (name, email, phone), KYC display data, service listings, availability and job history from our active systems.
📁 What may be retained
We may retain certain information where required by law, for payout reconciliation, tax, accounting, background-verification records, or dispute-resolution purposes, for a limited period as mandated by applicable regulations.
⏱️ How long it takes
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Any pending payouts will be settled before closure. You will receive a confirmation once done.
